Some features use third-party services where we cannot control the accessibility of embedded content:

  • Card payments (WorldPay) — the payment form runs inside a secure iframe provided by WorldPay. Our pages provide accessible entry points and outcome messaging; keyboard and screen reader support inside the payment iframe follows WorldPay's implementation. Alternative payment methods are available if you cannot complete card payment online.
  • reCAPTCHA — forms that use Google reCAPTCHA display a verification challenge we do not control. If you cannot complete the challenge, please contact us using the details below.
  • Live chat — the chat interface is provided by our chat vendor. Page navigation and account panels on chat pages are accessible; the live chat widget itself follows the vendor's accessibility implementation.
